1. Discovery & Strategy

• We kicked off the project with a discovery call to better understand WPPC’s goals, target audience, and vision for the website. This conversation helped us align on functionality needs, visual direction, and long-term goals like donation acceptance and event registration.

• WPPC then completed a customized website intake form designed to dive deeper into the organization’s mission, brand values, and specific preferences for the site’s look, feel, and functionality. This form served as the blueprint for the project moving forward.

2. Design & Development

• With the vision and goals clearly defined, we built a modern, responsive website that is accessible across all devices. The layout was crafted to reflect WPPC’s professionalism and warmth, while maintaining ease of navigation and a clean, uncluttered design.

• We completed two structured rounds of edits to ensure every detail aligned with WPPC’s expectations. Feedback was carefully implemented, ensuring the final site felt like an extension of the organization’s spirit and purpose.

3. Launch & Training

• After final approval, we conducted a live training session with WPPC leadership, walking them through how to make minor updates and edits to their website moving forward. This step empowered their team to manage content confidently, keeping the site current without needing ongoing technical support.
